Sustainability
We are committed to a sustainable future: that is why we only choose FSC® and PEFC-certified woods and use non-toxic treatments.

To restore is to respect
At Venaturae, we believe antique wood is a precious resource, something that deserves to be listened to and carefully transformed.
Environmental sustainability
We are committed to a sustainable future, which is why we only choose FSC® and PEFC-certified woods and use non-toxic treatments.
Whenever possible, we reuse old wood recovered from disused cabins, barns, or previous projects, giving it new life.
Our forests are safeguarded by the Magnifica Comunità di Fiemme. This historic institution oversees more than 20,000 hectares of land in the Fiemme Valley and manages, among other things, the area’s forest heritage.
Our work is guided by thoughtful choices and a responsible use of natural resources, all reflecting our commitment to a more sustainable future.

reuse
We recover and elevate antique wood, sourced from decommissioned cabins, barns or previous projects, transforming imperfections and signs of time into unique design features.
Every detail tells a story: our job is to listen and bring it to life.
We choose wood from disused cabins, barns, and homes, rich with stories, signs, and life. Every plank, every grain carries the memory of time and the elements: the sun, the snow, the wind, and the hands that shaped it.
Through this process, imperfections and traces of time become defining features of our design. But that’s not all: we are deeply committed to sustainability and continuity. Giving new life to existing materials means reducing our environmental impact and building responsibly.
Every detail tells a story: our job is to listen and bring it to life.
