Designing for the hospitality industry means stepping into the guest’s shoes, long before they walk through the door. Together with our client, we worked on creating what people hope to feel when they enter a room: a sense of welcome, warmth, and a deep connection to nature.
We opted for antiqued wood instead of reclaimed timber, as it better meets the practical and technical demands of hospitality settings, where durability and easy maintenance are key.
The result is a space that feels both natural and harmonious. A quiet retreat that offers guests a sensory connection with the forest, even if just for a few days.
