IVA: 02572340228 ,provides here in this privacy notice (the “Privacy Notice”) for the processing of the personal data of its customers,  pursuant to Article 13 of the Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (updated with Legislative Decree no. 101/2018) and Article 13 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation no. 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and to the provisions of the Italian Data Protection Authority.

Regarding the protection of your personal data, we provide you with the following information:

Execution of commercial and accounting contractual activities.

The legal basis for processing is the execution of contractual or pre-contractual obligations.

In relation to the indicated purposes, your data are processed electronically and analogically.

Users’ Personal Data will be processed  for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and, subsequently, within the limits of the fulfillment of legal obligations;

Customers’ Personal Data are stored in servers located within the EU.

Customer’s right

The Customers, as data subjects of the processing, are granted with the following rights under the Applicable Privacy Laws:

the purposes of the processing;

know the origin of the Personal Data, the purposes of the processing and its modalities, as well as the logic applied to the processing carried out by electronic means;

request updating, rectification or the integration of Personal Data;

obtain the deletion, anonymization or the blocking of any Personal Data processed in violation of the law and to object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing;

revoke the consent to the processing, without prejudice to the lawfulness processing based on the consent given before the revocation;

obtain restriction of processing when one of the following applies:

know subjects to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated, in particular if subjects of third countries or international organizations;

know the retention period of the personal data provided or the criteria used to determine this period;

know the existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling;

obtain the complete deletion of personal data (“right to be forgotten”)
