Our Story
A passion passed down since 1940
Venaturae was born and grew in Val di Fiemme, in the heart of Trentino-Alto Adige. The Bonelli family began working with wood in the 1940s, when Severino started making window frames and fruit crates.
Specialization and innovation
In the 1990s, Mauro Bonelli and his wife Maria Grazia Defrancesco founded Bonelli Mauro & C. SNC. Under his leadership, the company specialized in the production of cladding boards and later invested in the development of three-layer wood flooring, combining craftsmanship with technical innovation.
From knowledge to craftsmanship
In 2004, Mauro’s son, Simone Bonelli, expanded the old wood panel line, creating a distinctive product rooted in the family know-how.
A new chapter with the next generation
Between late 2019 and early 2020, with the arrival of Stefano Bonelli, the modern Bonelli Srl was established. With dedication and vision, the brothers carry on the family legacy, opening up new paths for growth.
Looking ahead
The company is growing and positioning itself in a high-end niche market, both in Italy and abroad. In 2025, the company will move to Tesero and will purchase a new facility to centralize all production and processing under one roof.
